What RacquetVenues is
RacquetVenues is a directory and network home page for Australian racquet-sport venues. It links out to network sites where the actual discovery, account creation and booking happen. The parent site itself does not offer accounts, bookings, or payments.
Other network sites
When you follow a link to TennisVenues, PickleballVenues, PadelVenues, SquashVenues, BadmintonVenues or any other site, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of it. Although these network sites are run by the same company (SportLogic), each site is a separate service with its own terms.
Acceptable use

- Use the site in any way that breaches Australian law.
- Scrape, crawl or harvest the site beyond what's permitted by our robots.txt.

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, warranty or right that applies under Australian Consumer Law where it cannot be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportLogic is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the parent site is limited to AU$100.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under Australian Consumer Law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SportLogic, its officers, employees and contractors against any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
